Sauna Pricing

The optimal sauna experience occurs between 100.4°F and 129°F. It's suggested that you use the Sunlighten® Infrared Sauna 2-3 times per week (preferably every other day) for 10-15 minutes at 100°F, gradually building up to everyday sessions for 40 minutes within the optimal range.
